Tracey Van Heule is the Clerk/Treasurer of the Town of Thermopolis. Tracey has served in this position for over seven years. She is a licensed CPA and takes pride in maintaining orderly Town records and an accurate accounting of the Town's financial affairs. The Clerk/Treasurer's office also maintains all account records and serves as the billing and collecting agent for the Town's utilities (water, sewer, sanitation). Most questions about utility bills, as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable, should be directed to the Clerk/Treasurer's office in Town Hall.
Linda Hendrickson is the Assistant Clerk/Treasurer. Linda has worked in the Clerk/Treasurer's office since 1982. In Tracey's absence, Linda performs the official duties of Clerk/Treasurer. Her experience is invaluable.
Jennifer Miller is the Accounts Clerk in the Clerk Treasurer Office. Jennifer joined the staff at the Clerk's office in January 2007 and will likely be the first to greet you when you call or visit Town Hall.
